Open the pdfs in separate preview windows, show the sidebar/thumbnails, highlight all. Is there a way to combine multiple pdf files into one from a computer desktop? Right now, my strategy is to print them and scan them into one file.

My brothers in open source i don't want to pay for www.ilovepdf.com anymore i used premium to combine pdf files exceeding a certain limit of pages… If you have a mac or have access to a mac, you can do this for free in preview. If you're afraid of privacy related issues or if anybody at i love pdfmight steal your content, then you should check out big pdf converter — they don't have access to your files.
